If you're not from UK - Follow these steps:
Go to a UK proxy like:

Paste Stardoll link into the blank box of the site

Click Go or just hit Enter on your keyboard
Log into Stardoll
Now paste the link below into the URL/Adress bar of the proxysite
http://www.stardoll.com/en/clubs/home.php?id=3152469&action=ma&ac=3152469
Click Go or hit Enter on keyboard
Wait till page laods. You should automatically join the club
Log out of Stardoll
You can now leave the proxy and go to Stardoll as usual
The dress should be in a Miss Sporty bag in your suite.
